You will appreciate it for its comfort, its location, its equipment, its thermal and sound insulation, the peaceful character of the environment, the unobstructed view of the village and the mountain, the absence of opposite, the very proximity to shops, the multitude of activities available including the Portes du Soleil estate. "Le Troisième" charming studio in the city center

Nice private studio of 20 m2 with balcony, refurbished on the 3rd floor in an old building that has retained its authenticity. In the heart of Evian's old town, 2 minutes from shops and the Source Cachat, 5 minutes from the pier and thermal baths. Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), 1.60 m bed, closets, TV and Wi-Fi, breakfast area, coffee machine, bathroom/toilet with towel dryer and hair dryer. Coaches to Thollon and Bernex stations at the bottom of the street.

Pleasant 25 m2 single-story studio in an old farmhouse typical of the valley. Views of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk to the bus station (no need to use your car) free shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.

Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
