It has amazing old beams and thick character walls. Inside you’ll find everything you need for your stay. Although it is across from the drive of our house you will have total privacy with the bonus of us being on hand if needed. Pub nearby, shops 5 mins drive and the coast 10mins away. Our grandchildren say it’s a bit of heaven in Devon!

Pip's Hut - The perfect coastal country retreat.

Our beautiful hut is set in a four acre field which has views over the neighboring countryside to Dartmoor, just visible in the distance. Adjoining the field is two and a half acres of untouched woodland, home to numerous birds and animals, including deer which often wander into the field on still evenings. This cosy space is fully en suite with a woodburner, Hypnos mattress, underfloor heating, fridge, hob, table, chairs and fire pit. It is the perfect retreat from our busy & hectic world.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday changeover during peak season Horseshoe Barn and Corn House are two adjoining cottages, linked with interconnecting fire doors. They are both delightful, spacious, well equipped cottages that sleep up to 13 people in 7 bedrooms, perfect for a multi -generational holiday. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.
