This house has an ideal location: within walking distance of the center of Aalst, close to the beautiful city park and nature reserve Osbroek. The Dender along which you can enjoy cycling is also close by. This house is also 2 minutes from the E40 driveway. They ensure that cities such as Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges are very easily accessible. This home offers both a free car parking space in front of the door and a storage space for bicycles. There is the possibility of a cot as an extra.

On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.
