Lovely little apartment with two balconies where the sun is all day. New kitchen and bathroom. Close to large park Kildeparken an oasis in aalborg. The train station, city center . Aalborg hall 3 min and 7 min to Skovdalen. Walking distance. Close to restaurants and cafes and shopping. Music the house and the harbor There are also tables and benches in a small courtyard There is an elevator in the unit. And stairs And parking at the home , if occupied , there is a large parking space 2 minutes from the home . Will do everything for a great stay in Aalborg

Newly Renovated, Spacious Apt, Free Parking

In a quiet neighborhood close to Aalborg C you will find the apartment, which is a stone's throw from the city and by bike/bus distance to the city center. Just led you have Østerådalen in walking distance. There is free parking out front of the apartment and there are plenty of them. There is a possibility of immersion and tranquility as there is no wifi or TV package. However, there is apple TV with streaming services. There is a large terrace with dining area (for 4) as well as a lounge area where you can enjoy the nice flowers

You will like my accommodation because of the 2 cozy bright rooms that have access to their own bathroom/toilet, entrance and associated parking space. It is possible to cook, with a dining area. There is room for 4 people and 1st child under 2 years. Housing is good for artisans, 1-2 couples, business travelers, and families. Close to public transport, art and culture, airport, harbor, nature area. Aalborg city center, 4 km. Bus 17 runs close by, 50 m. Shopping opportunity, 300 m. Aalborg airport, 4.5 km. Train, 1.5 km.

Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

The annex is located on a nature plot in the forest with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg 15 min to the city bus. Lovely apartment, close to the city center, but in quiet surroundings, near forest, zoo, hospital south, city south and with shopping opportunities a few meters from the home. Free parking and good bus connections a few meters from the property, it takes only a few minutes to the city center and walking distance is 20 minutes. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the price and there is a fully functional kitchen, as well as a cozy balcony and free parking.
