In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

Enjoy your stay in a quiet side street just a few meters from Aachen Central Station. The center with city hall, cathedral and Elisenbrunnen is only about 1 km away. The furnishings and decor are still rather low at the moment. I ask for your understanding and am happy to receive constructive feedback, also during the stay.
