It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the river on the top floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a toilet, with access to the patio and the porch. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. Newly built single-family house 3km from downtown and 5 from the hot springs, with city bus. It is in a very quiet area, has two bedrooms with double beds and an extra sofa bed in the living room. It has an equipped kitchen and bathroom, terrace, living and dining room, wood-burning stove, with a beautiful fruit garden where you can park your car. The best part of the house? For us, without a doubt, enjoying the magnificent sunsets over the city of Ourense from the living room window.
