At equal distance from Saint Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, and the fashion boutiques of Sevres Babylon, on the 3rd floor of the elevator, very bright, located on a quiet street and on an old convent garden. Completely renovated in 2018 it was treated as a charming junior suite hotel. All amenities are brand new. Design furniture in the living room, large TV screen and beautiful antique fireplace.Bedroom with large dressing room , new king size bed. Bathroom and kitchen equipped with new equipment.

This newly refurbished & sunny 527 square feet (49m2) apt is located on the lively Rue Saint Dominique right across the Champ de Mars & Eiffel Tower. Has 1 spacious living room w/ open kitchen, 1 bedroom w/closets, bathroom & separated WC + balcony. For information, I removed the big TV in the living room since the photos were taken, but there is a small TV in the bedroom that you can enjoy (only in french sorry).

Great central location at 50 meters from the famous rue Cler. Quiet position in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower with all faciclities, shops and restaurants around. Bright new full equipped apartment 3 bedrooms for a nice privacy comfort. The 2 bedrooms at the back get a warm natural light from top windows which can be opened. A small well organised place for 7 guests with 2 showers rooms ( the dark grey one and the light grey one) + 1 separated toilets room with sink.

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating , measures, museums, music concert, theaters pictures (version originale) and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! Une troisième personne peut être reçue sur demande avec supplément (adulte ou enfant plus de 12 ans), un lit 1 place sera disposé le long de la bibliothèque. un supplément de 35€/nuit sera demandé. (30/night for 3rd traveller)

A few minutes from the Bon Marché, in a chic and central area, studio on the 3rd floor with open views of a beautiful private garden: atmosphere like in the countryside in the heart of Paris. Ideal for visiting Paris, warm and cozy. The 2 beds are sofa beds: I only accept 4 guests if there are children, otherwise it might be too small. As I live here, I only accept profiles that already have notes so I can make sure the guest is reliable:)
