The apartment (17th level - Roof Top) is located in between of Fountain sq. and Port Baku. 10 minutes walk - Fountain Square, "28 May" and "Sahil" metro Free Wi-Fi is available !The water pump in the evening (from 02:00 A.M until 07:00 A.M.) is turned off by the governmental department. Therefore the water stops during this mentioned period. Once it is fixed, I will update the notes !There is an A/C in one bedroom, other bedroom has Stadler Peter fan.There is an A/C in the living room as well

The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, just a 12-minute walk from 20 January Metro Station. Ideal for couples or small families, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to two guests. The bright living room is filled with natural light, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

Luxury villa (30 min walk to the beach+4 bedrooms)

This villa is located in a peaceful area, 30 min drive to the city and not far from the airport. Beach is 30 minutes walk. Guests can enjoy of indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playstation and pooltable. For stays over 3 days, there is a free airport transfer (up to 4 people). Every second day we will change a bed linen. Moreover we will wash your dishes and take care of your garbage. All these services are free of charge. Upon request we can provide a breakfast and barbecue dinner.

Nice and comfortable place.. It located near Baku- Khirdalan city. This area is not touristic place. But you can go to the center of Baku by train, by bus, by taxi. In front of apartment has bus station. Transport it is easy. There is market 7/24 under building. ❗️sometimes have some problems with water and electricity in Khirdalan city. Please think again))
