Enjoy your stay in the hottest spot of Tbilisi, surrounded with 5 star hotels: Biltmore, Radisson, Stamba and Rooms and just steps away from Rustaveli metro station and all the main attractions. You will be staying in the vintage loft, located on the top floor of a 1930s stone-built building, with a private terrace and beautiful views. Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, natural light and beautiful views from every room, but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.
