Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

We are a family run Airbnb in the City Centre Please be aware that if you have an enquiry, we can only respond within office hours, where your enquiry will be dealt with as a priority. We are still open for business for apartments that are booked. But any new queries. will be dealt with within these hours. 9am-5pm Mon - Fri GMT. Sat - Sun and bank holidays closed. An emergency contact number will be given if you have made a booking, and need to contact us out of hours.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Very convenient location - close to the train station, all transport links, Guildhall, city park, 100 meters to Mayflower Theatre, Sea City Museum, restaurants, shopping, cinemas, docks and more. You will find everything you need inside, fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa, plenty of storage space, outside patio. One double bedroom and one single. The living room and dining area connected to the kitchen.
