Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Le studio est situé en rez-de-chaussée sans vis-à-vis et très lumineux, dans une allée privative et colorée ! Vous serez surpris par le calme des lieux. À proximité à pied du Parc des Buttes Chaumont, du Parc de la Villette, du Bassin de la Villette et de la piscine Georges Hermant, notre appartement est idéalement situé au cœur du 19e arrondissement et à 5mn du métro Ourcq desservant la Gare de l’Est et la Gare du Nord. Ce logement de 15m2 est fonctionnel, idéal pour 1 ou 2 voyageurs.

Duplex baigné de lumière au 4ème et dernier étage de 47m2. Appartement refait à neuf décoré avec des plantes, de l’art et artisanat Haïtien et Rwandais, à 5min du Bassin de la Villette et du parc des Buttes Chaumont. La mezzanine dispose d’un espace nuit et d’un espace bureau équipé d’un écran d’ordinateur pour éventuellement télétravailler confortablement (prise HDMI). Il n’est pas autorisé de dormir sur le canapé. Metro 5 Laumière à 2 min. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Architects apartment in Paris

Charming apartment located on the heights of Belleville and close to the Buttes Chaumont park, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Village Jourdain, 18 minutes by metro from Châtelet, 20 minutes from the Gare de l'Est... Very bright and enjoying a clear view, the 45m² apartment was completely renovated in May. It has an entrance, a living room/equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. It can accommodate a couple and a young child. (travel cot or inflatable mattress).

Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.

Artist's apartment with cat

Perfect apartment for a short stay in Paris. It is bright, practical, colorful and flowery :) A cat lives there, very quiet and sweet. Important: there is a litter box. And he needs kibble and affection. Well located in the artistic heart of northern Paris, 10 minutes from Parc de la Villette and Parc des Buttes Chaumont. The living room is equipped with a video projector. The building is secure. A bike can be rented, for nice rides in town.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Refurbished, this apartment is located between Parc de la Villette and Parc de Buttes Chaumont. The main room with a glass window has an unobstructed view from the large corner sofa - a double bed in one click. The separate kitchen, fully equipped, and the bathroom, with a bathtub and plenty of storage, are made on the same marble pattern. Plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk.

Quiet and cozy apartment!

Quiet apartment in the heart of the Jourdain district, picturesque and lively place, close to the magnificent Parc des Buttes Chaumont. Cozy two rooms very warm of 40 sqm, ideal for a couple or single person with fully equipped kitchen. Modern and pleasant set. A large kitchen open to the living room has everything you need, basic spices, cooking utensils and a large refrigerator as well as a very simple washing machine to use.

Beautiful view, bright, perfect location!

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

Very quiet and fully equipped studio! A stone's throw from the Canal de l'Ourcq and a 5-minute walk to the Canal St Martin. Ideal for a Parisian weekend getaway or a base for a business trip.
