Stay in unique, large, 18th century Grade II Listed Georgian Villa, in a beautiful leafy area of South Liverpool, conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, over the road from the railway station, and on a main bus route to the City Centre. Directly opposite a beautician, hairdresser and a traditional Ale and pie restaurant, a variety of bars and restaurants are located within a short walking distance on Rose Lane and Allerton Road. Two large parks, an art gallery and Penny Lane are nearby for you to enjoy. The bedroom, on its own floor, is big and comfortable, with lovely antique furniture and an ensuite bathroom. There is certainly no shortage of cupboard and wardrobe space. I hope you will enjoy breakfast in the dining room and hope you will find time to relax afterwards in the beautiful period drawing room. You will also have full access to the kitchen, with all the usual amenities and if there is anything else you need (ironing board, washer/dryer) please just ask. The house is no smoking throughout, but there is plenty of garden space! There is plentiful parking on the driveway too. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

I very much looking forward to welcoming guests to my extensively refurbished, modern and comfortable house in the popular and iconic Penny Lane area of Liverpool. A wide variety of bars and restaurants to suit your taste and price range....all within close walking distance. I adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and follow all the appropriate CV-19 protocols. Super host. My neighbourhood is considered extremely safe. A great base for a weekend break or a business trip.
