A charming fully-furnished Haussmannian apartment, ideally located between Canal St Martin and Montmartre, a few min from Gare du Nord station. The kitchen is fully equipped (this is my primary residence), and you can even eat on the balcony. The living room gives onto a small street with pedestrians (Little India -great restos) but not much traffic, the bedroom gives onto a quiet courtyard. A 5th floor walk-up, it's best for young couples. My things (ceramics, clothes...) remain in the flat.

Outside the center of Paris, but quickly accessible via 2 metro lines (13 and 14) a 7-8' walk away. Great place, if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the city when you come back to relax. Close by are grocery stores, bakeries, and local restaurants. My plus** A small piece of flowered garden with an umbrella and a terrace table for 2!
