Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

L'appartement (58m2), récemment rénové, est situé au pieds de Montmartre (2mn à pied du Sacré Cœur) au 3e et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) d’un petit immeuble. La rue est peu fréquentée et à proximité des commerces entre les métros Lamarck et Jules Joffrin sur la ligne M12 (direct Gare Montparnasse) et Chateau-Rouge sur la ligne M4 (accès aéroport). Spacieux et lumineux, l’appartement vous offrira tout le confort nécessaire pour un week-end (2 nuits minimum) ou plus dans la ville lumière.

This lovely 41 square meters (441 square feet) apartment is located in Montmartre, on top of rue des Martyrs (lovely Parisian street market), on the chic and famous avenue Trudaine. Facing the square d'Anvers, from the apartment, you'll have a lovely view on the Sacré Coeur, on of the most romantic monument in Paris. Few steps away from Anvers metro station (3 mn walk according to Google) you'll go anywhere in Paris within few minutes! The apartment has entirely been renovated in 5 months.

Studio Sacré Cœur

Le studio se trouve au métro château rouge de la ligne 4 dans un bel immeuble haussmannien. A quelques minutes à pied, il y a le sacré cœur et Pigalle. Il y a le marché la journée en semaine. Cependant, à partir de 19h règne un calme absolu dans la rue et le quartier. La ligne de métro 4 permet de joindre : - Châtelet, le cœur de Paris, en 10 mn - La gare de Lyon en 20 mn par le métro - Les aéroports Orly / Roissy par le RER B à Gare du Nord située à 2 stations de Château Rouge.

Studio refait à neuf dans une résidence très calme. 6è étage avec ascenseur. Vue sur les toits de Paris. Stations de métro à 5' (Jaurès ou Stalingrad) Équipement : WIFI (haut débit), micro-onde, lave-linge, sèche-linge, sèche-cheveux, Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, prises USB. Je fournis draps et serviettes. Studio renovated in a very quiet residence. 6th floor with elevator. View of the roofs of Paris. I provide sheets and towels.

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Ancienne bijouterie de 20m2 réaménagée en appartement cosy au pied de Montmartre, dans une petite rue typique et calme à 2 pas de la Basilique du Sacré coeur d'un coté, et de la vie de la place des Abbesses de l'autre. Idéal pour 2 personnes, L’espace y est réduit pour 3 ou 4 personnes, Mais permet quand même de bien se reposer entre les visites de la ville.

Beautiful and Direct view on the Sacrée cœur

Romantic and high in the heart of the nice Montmartre place and with all the equipment you need like in a hotel and also a great view. You have one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the living room, the apartment, with very hight speed access WIFI, is very quiet and is located behind the Sacré Coeur with a direct view on it.
