Equipped with: cozy Queen-size bed, with all natural fabrics, kitchen corner, a bathroom and WC. On the small balcony you can eat or read outside and look at Paris' roofs. The mural painting is from one of Latin America’s greatest masters, Guillermo Olguin. The gifted interior designer is also your co host, Victoria Senoret.

Delighted to host you in our 50 m2 loft, quiet, with private outdoor space that we make available to you for the summer. Lively neighborhood, with restaurants, food shops, cinemas, theaters, 30 minutes at most from tourist sites and sports facilities for the Olympics. Large living room, sleeping area in mezzanine, equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. For 4 people: 1 double sofa bed (daily sleeping mattress) + 1 pull-out bed (2x1 person). Pets not allowed.

Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.

Surrounded by some really good restaurants, farmer markets, designer stores and art galleries, it offers all the amenities you would find in a 5-star hotel, including a secluded private outdoor patio with its lush greenery. Famous Place des Vosges and Le Marais are just a short walk away.

Kai's Kitchen Paris

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Living room on the terrace, nice kitchen (oven, fridge, micro-wave, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, nespresso coffeemaker, boiler, traditional coffeemaker..) Also speaker, nice linen, shampoo, soap..... The and coffee for you breakfast.
