So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location of the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. In the vicinity there are many hiking and ski resorts. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and 15 minutes by car.
