It has a patio screened deck with tiled porch and outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are , 55" Smart Flat Screen TV Roku with wifi access. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more. No Cable. This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen TV for group gathering or to sit around and watch family movies. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and comes with a full bathroom.
