Wild Acres Yurt on 36 acres.

This 20' yurt sits in a private location on our 36 acre hobby farm. We border the 800 acre Kelly Wildlife Sanctuary with trails and a 300 acre pond. The yurt has power, cold running h20, A/C, induction cook top, fridge, micro, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and silverware. It contains a queen sized bed, full sized futon, air mattress, table/chairs, and wood stove. There is an outdoor shower with hot h20 and the restroom is an outdoor privy. There is a fire pit with seating.

The Tree Yurt is quite literally a yurt in the trees. Surrounded by nature, this is YEAR ROUND glamping close to Portland. -New spring 2024 an outdoor solar shower- Water for the outdoor shower and outdoor sink is seasonal Typically May through October. A main house sits closer to the driveway and There is a chance the house and the yurt will be rented out at the same time. The yurt is about 200 feet from the house and the only shared space is the driveway, so it is actually very private.

Cozy yurt on a farm

The yurt has a full bed. It is hooked up to electricity for lights and a hot plate to make coffee or tea. The compost toilets are in the back. Wood for the stove is included for colder nights. There is no running water but we provide a drinking fountain and a little sink to wash up (pumping pedal). The distance between the parking space and the yurt is about 150 yards. It is very soggy and muddy in the spring.
