Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

1/2 block walk to a beautiful beach (we are not beach front). It is only a 5 minute drive to Cape Kiwanda and Pelican brewery, and 30 minutes South of Tillamook. The beach is quiet, vast, and relatively undiscovered. It is great for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. The Alaia Beach House

Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.
