A balcony to the sea - Front line, facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Fantástico apartamento en la playa del Perellonet, a escasos 20 kms de Valencia y a 5 kms de la Albufera y El Saler. Próximo al pequeño pueblo de pescadores de El Perelló. Consta de un amplio salón-comedor con cocina americana y una maravillosa terraza con vistas al mar. La urbanización dispone ademas de una gran piscina, pista de tenis y ping-pong así como una zona infantil. Playa muy buena para la practica de kite-surf. Transporte público a 50m. Albufera de Valencia, Perellonet

The apartment is located 10 meters from Perellonet beach in pedestrian street. It is a very quiet area, there are restaurants around, supermarket and bazaar on the same sidewalk, 50 meters away is the public bus stop to Valencia. The nautical club and the Perelló are only separated by a bridge. Ideal for families to spend a few days on the beach or for any tourist who wants to know Valencia and the Albufera since Valencia is 20 minutes away by car or public transport.
