Tolle Wohn-, Essküche, toller Balkon und ein kleiner Garten überzeugen. Ein Parkplatz am Grunstück kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Lage überzeugt! Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Living close to nature

Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. The cozy apartment is located in the former Eichinger inn. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it tempts you to explore. In the small village of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a really original general store. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony.
