From this centrally located accommodation you can enjoy easy access to everything. Bellas Artes Theater, pharmacy, bakeries, bars, fruit stores, supermarkets. All within a 1 to 3 minute walk. *The apartment has its own private parking inside the house since it is on the ground floor. *There is always water since it has a 10,000 liter water tank. *The apartment is completely remodeled and is brand new. *The room is rented with a private bathroom and large closet and split air conditioning

Simple apartment with air conditioning in all areas, not updated, no luxuries, well-maintained, and close to downtown, the Lake Promenade, Lago Mall, and the following hotels: Tibisay, El Paseo, and InterContinental. Coromoto Hospital and Pequiven. 2 bedrooms are available, one with a double bed and another with a queen-size bed, with 2 bathrooms. It has high-speed WiFi/cable. It has 1 32" flat-screen TV in the living room and another old-style TV in the main bedroom. Children are welcome.
