Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Vacation home by the river

Beautiful mountain and river views from the sun terrace! We moved to the Harz in 2017 and would like to offer you an unforgettable (short) vacation. We have even thought of the little ones. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished by us over a long time. With us you have the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the fantastic view of the mountains and the river that lies right at your feet. The bus is in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment with great views of the Harz

Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

Arode Hütte Harzilein - Romantic tiny house

Enjoy nature in this unique tiny house: Hütte Harzilein offers everything you need for a romantic stay in the Harz. This 175-year-old small half-timbered house has a cozy living room with wood-burning stove, sitting area, kitchenette with dining table, a wide double bed as a loft above the sitting area, complete bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and an entrance with stove. Behind it, against the mountain wall, is a spacious backyard with a magnificent view over the village.

Modern, minimalistisch, supergemütlich: In unseren Ferienhäusern im angesagten Bauhaus-Stil übernachtet ihr in absoluter Ruhe und tollem Ambiente mitten im Grünen. Die Waldbaude Cozy (30 qm, fü rmax. 2 EW + 1 Kind) bietet durch das offene Raumkonzept eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Die großen Panoramafenster durchfluten die Waldbauden mit Tageslicht und durch das schräge Dachfenster über dem Bett habt ihr einen freien Blick in den (Sternen-)Himmel.

Villa Meier FeWo Park view

Villa Meier is located directly on the Karst hiking trail. It leads in close proximity past the Röseteich, one of the approx. 50 "monastery ponds". Nevertheless, the center of Walkenried is within walking distance. Upstairs of Villa Meier is the almost 120 sqm apartment. It is furnished for max. 6 adults and has two bedrooms with large double beds and folding closet beds in the living room. In the apartment is a children's travel cot and a high chair. Free Wi-Fi.

Very modern and generously equipped - this villa is perfect for relaxing and exploring the area with the whole family or friends. There are wonderful opportunities for hiking directly from the house as well as for trips to Wernigerode, Thale and Stolberg. In winter you can perfectly ski nearby.

This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This beautiful old Harz house is located in the heart of Sankt Andreasberg. It was completely modernized by 2022. In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.
