After the mill stairs, you will reach the bedroom on the 1st floor, where there are 4 beds in total. The cottage is a bit newly repaired, has wifi, fridge and everything you need. The backyard has fruit trees, a grill, and outdoor seating with a swing. Reception can be found in Hotel U Kociána about 400m from the cottage.

The cottage is located in a quiet semi-secluded area and is surrounded by forests and meadows. It has a beautiful view of Pustevny and Radhošt '. The cottage offers privacy, but also the availability of civilization. The cottage also includes an outdoor hot tub and a Finnish sauna, a playground, and table tennis. Parking is possible directly at the cottage, there is a charging station for electric cars.
