Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The building is close to the public transportation and has a PX mart right downstairs. 7-11 and family mart is just around the corner (2-minute walk). The building has pool/dry sauna/steam room (weekend only, booking required), a gym and plenty of common area to relax. It also has some outdoor space to take a walk/ or bike along the riverside park in the back, it’ll take you to the shopping plaza where you can find mos burger, starbucks and more.

The 140 tsubo transportation of the house is easy to reach from the Kitaichi Gaoxinzhu Science Park Interchange in 15 minutes. From the house 10 minutes to Hsinchu Science Industrial Park, 15 minutes to Beipu.
