We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the first floor of a townhouse on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike path. It is close to several lakes with swimming areas, boat rentals, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renaissance castle. Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Vacation in the countryside

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
