The building is under Monument Protection and has been renovated with care. The house is located along the Hamvas Béla wine route on the Monumental Cellar Row. Lake Balaton is only 10 minutes away by bike. It is surrounded by a large terrace, a wonderful view of the grove and a lively vineyard. In the morning, in the endless silence, the cornfield opposite is visited by the deer and rabbits.

Our furniture is equipped with corner protectors, we provide a small bathtub, travel bed, step, high chair, outdoor playground for children. Our apartment is 900 m from the beaches of Gyenesdiás and Vonyarc. Great starting point for hiking, cycling trips, as the Lake Balaton bike path is about 350 m behind the house. We are waiting for you with a fenced garden and a covered parking space!

Szarvaslak is a former press house built in the middle of the last century from natural stone on the hillside, and then completely renovated in 2020, elegantly and tastefully furnished. The living area includes a huge double bed and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with tableware, kitchenware, coffee maker. It is directly connected to the wooden-covered terrace, from which we can almost touch the canopy of the walnut trees standing next to us. Popular restaurant, shopping options, bike path around Lake Balaton 5 minutes far by walk, the city center is 2km away.
