"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse of 1873. In the same house they live and host Pau and Wafa. Cozy and family friendly atmosphere. Situated in a small village in Northwest Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec Mountains, PrePirineo. 1h30min by car from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you find everything you need for shopping. A little house in the mountains near the beach.

In the natural environment, the Casita de la montaña is located outside Red and is self-sustaining, between the sea and the mountain ideal for disconnecting, sports, hiking or simply enjoying nature. This is only 10 minutes away by car from the village, beaches and supermarkets. you can bring your pet, they feel free here. There is WiFi in the home to be able to work remotely. The AV7 is in the vicinity and you can hear the mist depending on the day, it's the bad thing.
