Made to enjoy life with friends & family this villa was designed by the well-known architect, João Favila Menezes. Estudio do OC makes part of a Main villa that became an important reference point for contemporary architecture in Alentejo. The studio interiors were decorated with TLC by us. Its located in the middle of the nature, cheeps and cows, 2h away from Lisbon or Faro airport. You need a car to get to the property, normally you can reach the property the same day you land in Lisbon.

Bring the whole family to this fantastic, centrally located, spacious, quiet, comfortable and in a large square with no parking problems. With all the amenities (oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, bed linen and towels, cold/heat pump in the living room and bedrooms, bars, shops and laundry a few meters away. You will have direct communication with the host for any questions or concerns, and they can inform you if you wish about the most tourist points in the town.

The CASA DE CIMA is part of the Herdade do Burrazeiro estate. It is an independent house, surrounded by pastures in montado of cork oaks and holm oaks. From the porch of the house you can enjoy the tranquility of the landscape of the Alentejo montado. Final cleaning included. Included cleanings with change of clothes every seven days. Extra cleaning can be made on request. Please note that access to the property is via a dirt road of approximately 2 km (1.2 miles).

We have an exclusive swimming pool (3.5m by 2.5m) with a breathtaking panoramic view. We are close to charming and historic sites like Monsaraz, Estremoz, Vila Viçosa and Évora. The property is a fully restored old house, with Alentejo architecture prevailing and the use of local materials. It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor), with several living and leisure areas. The exterior has a pool tank, a shed with a dining area and barbecue. 10 minutes away you can enjoy the river beaches of Mourão and Monsaraz and be enchanted by the view of the Algueva from the village of Monsaraz.
