At the ground floor there is a living room with sofa. All on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and a terrace overlooking the yard In body 2 of the P+M regime, in the attic is a bedroom with 8 simple beds, and on the ground floor a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. In the yard there is an arranged place for barbecue, covered pavilion and fiberglass tub.

It is the highest settlement in Covasna County and therefore the summer nights are chill and the winter has plenty of snow. 4x4 wheels are recommended during winter. The house is located on a 8000sqm land with direct access from the main road.
