Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

The home is also very close to many popular restaurants, local golf course and even Starbucks. Cozy house just off Route 66 and minutes from downtown Kingman. Centrally located between downtown Kingman and the larger chain restaurants and stores. Downtown Kingman offers many quaint shops and restaurants with many unique things and great food. Las Vegas is 2 hours away. The Grand Canyon West is 70 miles away. Hualapai mountains are close and great for hiking or riding off road on UTVs. Great area to get away with the family.
