The house is light and airy, with touches of colour in each room, A glass sided staircase to minimalise dark areas. The fireplace in the lounge has been opened up to the back room for a decorative feature filled with logs and a light for ambiance in the evening. You can also see through to the back garden. Nestled in the heart of the historic market town of Guisborough, you will find a selection of shops, cafes, and traditional pubs just a short stroll away. This delightful cottage combines traditional rustic charm with modern comforts. It is the perfect base to explore scenic walking trails, including the famous Cleveland Way and North Yorkshire Coast, before unwinding by the log burning stove.

A cosy cottage in the heart of Guisborough town centre with easy access to local shops and a large supermarket minutes away. The property is the ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. 15 to 30 mins from the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar and Saltburn beaches, Roseberry topping and Whitby. It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.

Paddy's cottage is so cozy & comfortable, a home from home, that has been decorated with your comfort in mind. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the living room has a fireplace, TV & board games for the perfect evenings in. All pets welcome (max 3). There is a back courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ, with ample storage for your bikes or other outdoor equipment. We supply buckets & spades for the children, perfect for picnics on the award winning beach which is 5 minute walk away.

Relax with the whole family at our delightful house just a short walk from miles of unspoilt beach. Beachcomber has been lovingly renovated to provide a comfortable and cozy home from home. There are two double bedrooms with king-size beds, a room with bunks and two single sofa-beds in a room that can be a bedroom but otherwise is a peaceful second living room. There are two bathrooms, both with stand-alone showers and one with a large sunken bath. There is also a toilet downstairs.
