The house is an independent and autonomous residence in a huge garden. It consists of a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.

In the area around the accommodation, there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and public basketball and tennis court. This is a stylish and spacious apartment. Katerina's home is a house, which you can enter from the national road ''Patras - Pyrgos''. It has got a huge garden with many trees and the big variety of flowers and plans. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.

Villa Faidra is a small and cozy studio, with undivided interior space. Our newly built house consist of a double bed,a sofa-bed ,kitchen, lunchplace and a bath. In addition,the house boasts air-condition. A peaceful place near the city center(2km).Our home is located near the beach (800m) ,Ancient Olympie (20km about) and Katakolo port.
