Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

Nanna and Pops Place

Relax with the whole family at this comfortable residential home accommodating 12 guests. Each of the 3 bedrooms contain a queen-sized bed . The living room is equipped with 1 queen-sized sofa bed while the den has 2 queen-sized sofa beds. The home has two bathrooms each with a shower. The fully equipped modern kitchen is supplied with all the conveniences of home. A grill is provided along with plenty of parking, including use of a single-car garage. ATV accessible to dunes with city permit.

With one queen bed in each bedroom, you can sleep 8 comfortably. Curl up on the sectional couch and watch your favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu if you need a break from the dunes. Fully renovated home in a great location! Fall in love with the open floor plan, gorgeous kitchen, and covered patio. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A fully furnished, true home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a large backyard and patio. Plenty of room to spread out. Additional parking in back. There is a ring doorbell camera by the front door for security. It is next door to the Cozy Oak house that we also have listed on Airbnb 🏡
