The large, fenced property offers opportunities for outdoor games or table tennis, as well as quiet relaxation. In the evenings, you can spend time in front of the fireplace. The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner Seenlandschaft. Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear at ground level. So you still have daylight. Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Forest surrounds the "tower" on 3 sides, you can walk on the 4000 m² property and swim in the pure lake, dream on benches, watch the sea eagle from the Horst 800 m away. The living space on 2 levels offers all the features for living and working (fiberglass). On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and snack on the berries. Relax with owls, woodpeckers and bats.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Relax in this special penthouse apartment with fantastic panoramic views over the Plön lakes. In the immediate vicinity are swimming areas, idyllic walking and cycling paths as well as the piers of the 5-lake tour. Bicycles can be safely parked in the basement.
