A private driveway set back from the road offers a tranquil and picturesque location for any type of stay; inspirational work retreat or family holiday.

Luxury 3 bedroom lodge for 6 (plus travel cot) with Hot Tub. Located on South Lakeland Leisure Village, a few minutes drive from Junction 35 of the M6, at Carnforth. The lodge has an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living area and all 3 bedrooms have smart TV's with Netflix. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-In wardrobe and en-suite shower room. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. on-site there is a pub/restaurant looking out onto the lake.

If you want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The en-suite bedroom has super comfy king size bed. We feel very lucky to live here and would love you to enjoy it too

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.
