Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Chaney Farms/ Leaning Pines Cabin

We love pets and welcome your WELL BEHAVED fur babies to our home, but please approve with us before booking. There is a small pet fee, & you must follow our pet rules & clean up after your pet(s). *long-haired/shedding pets will be bigger fee* Plenty of parking available. You are responsible for any damages. Please note: we do not rent long-term or to locals. We do not rent to anyone without five stars. There are 2 queen beds & we accept up to 4 guests only.

Located on the property is this listing; Genesis House, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a 20x20 screened-in porch. It is located on a dirt road (about 1 mile from the paved road) with the closest neighbors about a mile away.
