This is not a luxury vacation rental with top-of-the-line furniture and linens. It is a cozy and quiet apartment in a great location that allows you to be comfortable travelling with your furry loved ones. I have never allowed pets in the past however I received so many requests from people expressing how challenging it is to travel with their pets that I set up this apartment specifically to accommodate that need. I ask that you kindly clean up after your pets, and do not leave them alone.

The home is a budget friendly place for all types of stays including business trips. It is close to the U of A and its medical facilities as well as its sports venues. The dwelling is not shared and is on the main floor of a character style house. The 1 bedroom plus den comes complete with a work area, full bathroom with tub, living room, functional kitchen and dining area. Not a suitable property for infants or small children. Transit is nearby and Wifi is good.
