This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12. No internet. Easy access to I-43 approximately 25 miles to Green Bay or Kohler.

Just a quick drive or bike ride to anywhere in the city, including Sepia Chapel. We have multiple beaches, some quiet and semi-secluded or others (like top-rated Neshotah) with lots of activity. WONDERFUL trails such as the Ice Age and Mariners. Nearby rivers for kayaking or fishing. Great hub for day trips to Door County, Green Bay, Manitowoc, etc.

We began caring for this home and property in 2018, and this 1870's home needed some love. We have been steadily remodeling since we moved in and it's starting to feel pretty great. Centrally located to Green Bay, Two Rivers, Manitowoc, and only an hour to Door county. There is a free boat launch for Lake Michigan ten miles east. Maribel Caves is just a short drive. Lambeau Field is only 27 miles away. The schoolhouse is pretty secluded. If you just want to sit around a fire and relax.
