Our lovingly restored barn in Whitegate is a special place: a beautiful landscape with panoramic views over open countryside nestled in the heart of Cheshire. Our 2-bedroom stone Barn adjoining the main house with underfloor heating, log burner and modern country kitchen is a perfect location for relaxed self-catering luxury. There are direct walks and a private tennis court. We are ideally positioned to explore Chester, Oulton Park, Delamere Forest, Beeston Castle and surrounding countryside.

Step back in time to 1672 with a romantic stay at Hawthorn Cottage. This thatched cottage is a true gem, with its original low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace, and cranked staircase. The cottage offers all modern amenities, including private access, underfloor heating, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside you are surrounded by countryside, with an enclosed garden at your disposal and your very own hot tub, which promises to be a relaxing and indulgent experience.

It is within walking distance of Delamere Forest and the Whitegate way Its a perfect location for various wedding venues, Oulton Park and Chester. A Short driving distance are some lovely country pubs. 1 mile from Cuddington train station which has links to Chester, Altrincham, Knutsford and Manchester

A beautiful little cottage located in the quiet village of Plumley with its own private parking, garden and patio area. The village has two country pubs, a small shop and a train station all within walking distance. A short drive away you will find the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall, Tatton and Dunham Estates and the market town of Knutsford with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

The Fal Narrowboat at Oakwood Marina

Our narrowboat Fal is moored at Oakwood Marina on the Trent & Mersey Canal near the village of Davenham. A very friendly community which has an on site shop and tea room which opens Thursday to Monday. Within easy reach of M6 motorway. Welcome to my home in the forest. Take a break and destress from life in my 2 bed house situated in the heart of Delamere Forest. The estate is surrounded by trees and is a 5 minute walk to the Forrest’s visitors centre and station. My house backs onto Delamere golf course and has 3 very good pubs nearby. Two double bedrooms, and an open planned living room dining room which opens up to the garden- making a sociable space. Everything you’d expect from a well loved home.

Grooms Cottage - an idyllic Cheshire rural retreat

Grooms Cottage is adjacent to our home in the charming hamlet of Tiverton, near Tarporley, Cheshire. Built in the Victorian era, the cottage was accommodation for a groom to facilitate hunting and shooting parties from the hunting lodge and stables. Guests are provided with a breakfast welcome pack upon arrival consisting of Croissant, butter, Twinings tea, selection of Tassimo coffee pods, organic milk & Wilkin & Sons preserves, all sealed.
