Het huisje ligt direct aan het water met een plek om te vissen, dichtbij prachtige bossen en een recreatiemeer. Groningen ligt op korte afstand voor een dagje uit, maar ver genoeg om echt van rust en natuur te genieten. Belangrijk: wij verhuren zelfstandig en zijn niet aangesloten bij het vakantiepark. On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

De ideale plek om te fietsen en te wandelen met veel bos en wandelroutes. De gemeente Westerwolde vraagt €1,40 per persoon per nacht. In het totaalbedrag is dit al berekend.

Are you looking for a spacious and quiet place for a reunion or a family weekend? Our group accommodation consists of 3 apartments. So you can be together in the largest, but everyone also has privacy. There is room for 16 adults and 2 children (in the bedstee). In the shared park garden, you can relax, play or eat together. If you rent a weekend from us, you can stay until 5 p.m. on Sunday. We are not the right place for parties. You are not allowed to use a music box outside.
