If you wish to use the Bunkroom, you must contact me-additional charges apply. The property has 450' of Middle Fork River frontage with direct access to one of the best fishing holes in NW Montana. Home is located on the last canyon with some of the deepest fishing pools on the Middle Fork River. Please keep children under tight watch.

Please make sure our Orchard Cabin is for you! This 1-room, 60-yr-old converted boathouse offers rustic glamping just 20 feet from Flathead Lake. Perfect for guests who appreciate nature (trees and wildlife) and rustic charm—not perfection. Occasional spiders or insects are part of Montana lake life. 45 minutes from Glacier National Park. Outdoor hot-water shower and sink (no indoor plumbing), BBQ with a burner, microwave, composting toilet steps away, 2 SUPs, 2 shared kayaks and fire pit.

Get comfy on the large oversized couch with queen size Ottoman, that serves as another bed! Enjoy our new addition on the patio looking out to the beautiful view out back, along with the fire pit table to sit around eating and enjoying the MT outdoors! Bozeman Hot springs wonderful for soaking and live music most nights. Chico Hot Springs also divine!

Montana Bunkhouse Cabin Right on The River

Our rustic cabin is set among the cedar trees on the Kootenai River. Enjoy a private courtyard, right on the river! With the promise of hospitality. Enjoy the river from a covered deck with a bar. there is a fire pit on the deck, with one free bundle of wood. Rustic, cozy, ensuite bathroom & shower. We took a unique approach to appeal to your unconventional side. This cabin has stairs to the river. There are bicycles and a sauna available on campus. Upon arrival, read the house manual.

Hannon House Westslope Suite

ON THE RIVER! 2 mi from Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. Hannon House is a homestead just steps from the Bitterroot River. Our Westslope Suite has a private entrance and is a one bedroom with king sized bed, luxury bath & an enclosed screened porch with couch, chairs & coffee table. Room includes a soaking tub, shower, smart tv, mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Large private deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ! Please note dogs MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES to protect our livestock.

Rugg's R&R Cabin

Bordered by a river and fields. Enjoy view from the deck of this cabin that sleeps 9. 1.5 miles of river to explore. Blackstone griddle and electric grill. Grate at firepit. Cabin has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, 2 futons, love seat, and dining table. There is no kitchen! It is a coffee area with microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot (regular and pod), disposable dinnerware. Bedroom with queen bed. Loft with 3 twin beds. Bathroom, with shower (attached to the bedroom).

A Sportmans Dream! This is a spacious guest house. The main house next door that is also an airbnb. Sheep Mountain Lodge tells the history of the area the moment you step inside and gives you a real Montana experience. Big game trophies displayed from local Montana hunts preserve the beauty of the nearby wildlife. Located on the Clark Fork River great fishing is steps away. Quinn's, Route of the Hiawatha, and rafting in Alberton are all 30 mins away in different directions.

Couples retreat on Flathead Lake with lake access!

The Cabin is on Woods Bay, 5 miles South of Bigfork. 45 miles to Glacier Park’s West entrance. Walking distance to 4 restaurants, & another 3 restaurants are 1 minute driving distance. Besides the many restaurants 5 miles away in Bigfork. The Cabin is very private but is on the same property of the main house. The property's beach doesn’t have a dock, but you can have access to SUP boards or kayaks for use in Woods Bay on request (rental companies charge $60/day/SUP).

Resting on the shore of Idahos' famous Henry's Lake, this unique family cabin is just 15 minutes from Yellowstone Park. Whether you like to hike, fish, explore the park, ride off road vehicles or just want some down time this is a great vacation destination. Enjoy cabin amenities including a full kitchen, outside deck, laundry room and two full baths. A waterside mountain retreat, located on Georgetown Lake, minutes from Discovery Ski Basin, amazing groomed snowmobile trails, X country ski trails, snow showing, and ice fishing. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath is a warm and comfortable space with breath taking views. A wood pellet stove keeps the chills away while you enjoy all this area has to offer. This is all in the midst of lots of wildlife and don't forget about the neighborhood moose.
