This listing is for an upstairs apartment in a duplex. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a full kitchen with dinner table. There is also a washer and dryer available to you in the basement to use. I provide a Keurig with k cups of a variety of coffees and teas. ~10 minutes from the airport or the riverfront and very close to Bradley University and the Civic Center. Be aware that as it's an upstairs apartment there are stairs that you must climb. Keypad entry for convenience.
