The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

This is a 5 unit trailer where each unit (door) is being rented out individually. Is furnished with one full size bed and kitchen appliances. Each unit has its own private restroom/shower, AC/Heat unit, and 32" TV with Directv service. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.
