Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.

This little retreat is privately situated in the back corner of our yard and very conveniently placed for a trip to Melbourne. A 15 minute train ride to the city from Tottenham station 100m around the corner, the laundromat is half that. Close to Barkly St for the best food Melbourne has to offer. This self-contained cabin has a bathroom and kitchenette, as well as a table for work and dining.

Our delightful townhouse is only a 3 minute walk from Melbourne's best kept secret - the Yarraville Village. Boasting diverse restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and the brilliantly restored art deco Sun Theatre. Frequent trains from the Yarraville station ( 2 minute walk) gets you to the CBD within 10 minutes. 10 minutes the other way is the inner city sanctuary of Williamstown Beach.
