Spacious, light and modern accommodation which is totally separate but attached via a locked door to our family home , garden is a shared area . 5 minutes drive to the coast and beaches or a 30 mins walk . Great location for public transport, 1 minute walk to bus stop which runs to Sunderland and South Shiejds and the metro is a 20 minute walk which takes you to Newcastle and the airport or train station.
