Incredibly charming wooden house located on 5000m2 undisturbed surroundings next to scenic and protected area with heather heat. Occasionally a deer or two comes along. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail. Enjoy morning coffee and tranquillity on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights during the winter months.

Through large window elements on the ground floor very bright, with a large garden, therefore super suitable for children. 2 min. by foot to the beach, 12-15 min. by foot to Westerland-Zentrum. Opposite the property is a small grove, close to the aquarium as well as some restaurants. Optimal starting point for excursion by bicycle. Modern decor, equipped with everything imaginable.
