It's a totally separate and private space, air conditioned, double glazed and with its own off-street parking and access. It is within walking distance to the town centre, The Mill Complex, The Bridge Hotel and the Botanic Gardens; and just a 7 min walk up the hill from the railway station. Union House is a unique part of Castlemaine's history. Built in the early 1860's in the central area of the town, it is a minutes walk from all the town's attractions- the galleries, restaurants, hotels, theatre, boutiques, supermarket, and easy walking distance to the gardens, regional parks, railway station, and the Woollen Mill complex. The cottage boasts magical views of the Clevedon Mannor gardens and is perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape or a hub for exploring town. Perfectly located, five minutes from Town and the Train Station. Clevedon Cottage is also a short walk to the beautiful Botanic Gardens, The Mill complex, Tap room and Des Kaffehaus.
