The comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. Here you will find ideal conditions for staying overnight. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. In the hallway is a reading and play corner. Long-term stays can be requested individually.

The village of Neindorf is 5 km away from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village pitcher with homemade beer and grill specialties. There is also a hospital in town with bakery, coffee and small snack. The Harz excursion destination has been reached in a short time.

It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

The beautiful large balcony invites you to end the day with a cool drink on warm summer evenings. Pillows and cuddly blankets are also available.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
