Quiet Cabin on the Wapsipinicon River, great views

Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river is 100 yards away for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

You can hike the trails, go kayaking, & fish the Wapsipinicon River. Just 30 miles from the Cedar Rapids airport. There is a man-made pond five miles south of the Guest House. Its four acres long. You may fish or kayak this beautiful area. Within the last year, 14 clients complimented the host on how welcoming the place is.

Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!
